• Let us know the product and the price you’d like us to match
• Proof of competitor price in form of online product display, online advertising or photo of physical product with marked price is required
• We will match the competitor price and discount further by £10 or 10% of competitor product price, whichever is lower.

If you see the product cheaper with another retailer within 7 days of making your purchase let us know and we’ll happily refund the difference.

Price Promise terms and conditions

1. We'll match against any other Gibraltar retailer store or website price
2. We’ll match the prices of any products (not delivery, installation charges, product protection plans or other services) offered on identical terms and where we can check the price and stock position
3. Our competitor’s product must be the same model number as ours
4. Both us and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery / collection
5. We reserve the right to forfeit this price promise in case fraud is suspected
